Initially Id always batted off the idea of having lessons until I felt like I really needed help. I found myself in a rut and a bit of bad form just before an event and reached out to Matt as a cry for help. I sent him a couple of videos and Matt was able to analyse and diagnose the problem and quickly provided some quick fixes via a video to get me through the event until I was able to see him in person! Matt kept it simple, clear and effective. This immediately provided me with some comfort and change of mindset around having lessons and trusting Matt to help improve my game and take it to the next level. Ive since had a number of lessons with Matt now and my game is endlessly improving. Giving an in-depth understanding on what the drills are trying to accomplish whilst not overloading me with too much information! I booked a chipping lesson with Matt as I had noticed that my chipping had become erratic i.e. thinning a few through the greens and also chunking some chips. After talking through my concerns with Matt, he then watched me play some chips which he videoed and then played back to me. There were some obvious faults, which Matt explained in such an uncomplicated way, and also explained how we would set about correcting them, seeing the video really helped me to understand what he way saying. Matt then set up some different shots to play, showing me how to play them first, using different lies, distances and ball positions to achieve different results. I saw an instant improvement and have the before and after videos to play back which is really useful as I can revisit the learning to keep my progress going. I really enjoyed the lesson, Matt has a really relaxed demeaner, is patient and kept everything pretty simple. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone. (Mark Jones-Reid WHS 5.5) - 5 Feb 2024

I had my first lesson with Matt only a few days ago. Struggling with my irons and constantly slicing the ball. Matt made the lesson super simple and focused on one or two changes to help correct the ball flight. Within minutes you could tell the difference - even with a slight draw! The set up was also really useful to look at numbers and watch the footage back. I played at my local course this morning and shot my best round. Will definitely be rebooking soon. - 8 Oct 2023
